Arkansas Building Services is a professional, commercial janitorial service based in North Little Rock with Branch Operations in Russellville and Searcy. We service commercial facilities throughout Central Arkansas.
We are a drug free work place and perform pre-hire and during employment drug screening. Also, a clear background check is required to be considered for employment with ABS.
We are looking for reliable Janitorial Cleaners for a facility in North Little Rock.
$11.00 per hour depending on experience, shift assigned, etc.
Day, Evening, and Over-night Shifts Available
*safety shoes (steel toe) will be required for the job*
General office maintenance, including, but not limited to:
trash removal, dusting, cleaning and restocking restrooms break rooms, sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming, window washing, and picking up trash outside.
Other job duties may also include:
Buffing and Cleaning Floors, and Other Floor or Project Work
POSITION REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED
- Must be reliable, responsible, and a self-starter
- Show stable day-job work history
- Good communication (verbal and written) skills
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Must be neat and cleanly dressed and groomed.
- Background and drug screening required.
ABS will train the employee on the proper guidelines, procedures, and proper use of chemicals and equipment during the initial training and on an ongoing basis. Employees are expected to follow these guidelines and procedures as outlined.
